SENKO Develops Pump-Type Multi-Portable Gas Detector SP-MGTP in Response to FPC’s Request
Tailored innovation earns quality approval from Formosa Plastics Corporation
SENKO Co., Ltd., a global leader in gas detection and safety solutions, has announced the successful development of its SP-MGTP pump-type multi-portable gas detector, created in direct response to specific requirements from Formosa Plastics Corporation (FPC), one of Taiwan’s most influential global conglomerates.
FPC, which operates 11 listed and unlisted subsidiaries across multiple industries, rigorously tested the newly developed SP-MGTP C3H3N1 detector. After receiving FPC’s official quality approval, the product has now entered into regular supply, reinforcing SENKO’s reputation for customer-focused innovation and reliable performance.
Addressing Limitations of Diffusion-Type Detectors
The previous model, while portable and capable of detecting C3H3N1 gas, relied on a diffusion-type system that offered limited gas output accuracy. To address this challenge, SENKO engineered the SP-MGTP with a pump-type mechanism, enabling far greater detection precision and ensuring the device meets the strict demands of industrial environments.
By directly responding to FPC’s requirements, SENKO not only solved the issue of detection accuracy but also achieved significant cost efficiency, delivering a product that balances high performance with affordability.
