SS21P8 Phosphine Sensor – High-Sensitivity PH₃ Detection for Industrial Safety Applications
SS21P8 is a high-performance electrochemical sensor designed for the detection of phosphine (PH₃) gas at concentrations from 0 to 5 ppm.
It features a strong linear output of 1,000 ± 300 nA/ppm, fast response time under 20 seconds (T90), and high resolution below 0.1 ppm.
The sensor provides excellent repeatability (within ±5%) and negligible cross-sensitivity to CO, H₂, NH₃, SO₂, and other gases.
With a robust design for operation in temperatures from -20℃ to +50℃ and a lifetime exceeding 24 months in air,
SS21P8 is ideal for fixed or portable instruments used in semiconductor manufacturing, confined spaces, and industrial safety systems.
