SS2188 Hydrogen Chloride Sensor – High-Precision HCl Detection for Semiconductor and Industrial Applications
SS2188 is an electrochemical gas sensor optimized to detect hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas concentrations from 0 to 20 ppm.
It delivers a linear output of 200 ± 50 nA/ppm, with a fast response time under 50 seconds and high resolution of <0.5 ppm.
The sensor provides repeatability better than ±2%, long-term drift below 5% per year,
and exhibits low cross-sensitivity to common gases such as NO, CO, NH₃, and SO₂.
With a wide operating temperature range (-20℃ to +50℃) and a lifespan exceeding 24 months in air,
SS2188 is well-suited for use in fixed detection systems across semiconductor fabs, chemical processing facilities, and environmental safety applications.
